The USB Device Servers are password protected and must be unlocked in order to conﬁgure the

selected device. Right-click on a USB Server.

On selecting Unlock the password dialog pops up (ﬁgure 11). Key-in the password in the PassWord

dialog. The default password for the NetUSB-400i USB Server is usbip.

If the Authentication is successful an Unlock successful dialog appears. Now the USB Server can

be conﬁgured for various settings as given in section 4.1.1.
